5 star Luxury villa with amazing views

“Absolutely beautiful villa, with plenty to do inside. Pool, hot tub, sauna, an abundance of games in the soundproof rooms. THe outdoor cinemas was very cute, and the view from the balconies were stunning. The location was beautiful but just a bit of a steep walk up a hill if you're carrying lots of shopping from the supermarket, but taxis are available and cheap. Hans was very helpful and quick to respond with any queries, his recommendations provided were also superb. We went to many of his recommended restaurants and they were all delicious. A fantastic place to rent for a larger group of friends/family. Would be appropriate for both a group of adults, or a family with children.”

“The villa is amazing! We were a group who stayed in the house for a week. However we did not have enough time to enjoy everything! The villa is spacious and very well equipped. It has beautiful views and it is close to the beach too. There is also a guide available which contains all the needed info: amenities of the house, thing to do on the island, ... and if we had any question, the host was always available to help.”

“We booked this place for a week and it wasn't enough time at all. It has everything catered for. It is clean and kept to a crazy high standard. We have done multiple types of these holidays where we book a large villa for a large group but this was by far the best. More entertainment than we could get through.Hans would respond to every message within minutes. Reading the reviews most issues centered around the deicible meter. We were outside most evening until late drinking and playing games with 11 people with no issue so you really would want to be screaming.The other was the instructions which I thought were very handy ; in other places when you move stuff you can easily forget where things should go. It's a great system. The pictures also don't do it justice we thought the basement rooms would be small but they were huge and very comfortable. This place is perfect and I would highly recommend it.”

“We stayed 2 weeks in a large group. The house being over 4 floors means you always have somewhere to hide away if you need some peace but there are plenty of communal areas if you want to hang out. Hans was always available on WhatsApp (and I probably tortured him at times :-) ) and was very helpful. I knocked a star off for location because of the big hill but in all honesty I should maybe have given a 6th star for location because it affords you an amazing sea view and a quiet residential area. I honestly can't think what more you'd want from a holiday villa. Chill in the pool or hot tub, jump in the sauna, play games, or rent the Mazda convertible. All 19 of us had such a great time and made amazing memories. What more could you want? I've read some of the reviews regarding lists/rules and noise. Honestly I found it extremely helpful to have the lists and rules. There's so much equipment here that you couldn't possibly know how to use without his tips. Also, the decibel meter was fine for us. When we wanted to just chat we sat outside and all was fine. If we wanted to listen to music we went inside or down to the basement courtyard.”

“A well curated house catering for large groups, with an incredible view and two outdoor seating areas. Everything has been meticulously thought out with information readily available for the plethora of amenities and activities. I was very impressed and would recommend this to any large families or groups of people who want to holiday together. I would recommend hiring a car for ease of access.”
